Proposed DEP changes to the Impaired Water Rule

The Department of Environmental Protection announces a public hearing on the proposed revisions to the Impaired Waters Rule (IWR, Chapter 62-303, F.A.C.), to which all interested persons are invited. The hearing, which will be held as part of the August meeting of the Environmental Regulation Commission, will be held on August 31, 2006 starting at 9:00 a.m., at the Department of Environmental Protection, 3900 Commonwealth Blvd., Conference Room A, Tallahassee, FL.
